Welcome to Southern Hunting and Trout fishing!The FishingImagine a place where five rivers are within a 25 to 60 minute drive of each other. Some of these rivers hold solely plump brown trout and others have a good mix of both brown and fast running rainbow trout. Some of these rivers are fed from pristine mountain lakes that funnel crystal clear water through the spectacular landscapes of Southland to meet the Pacific Ocean. Others start from a single drop high in the mountains before slowly building as they wind their way through steep gorges, down deep holes and over shallow gravels to also meet up with the mighty South Pacific.
